Data we collect
The site may use technical logs needed for essential operation. When you send the project form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone and company information, selected service and budget range, and your project message. Analytics tools activate only after your explicit permission; page views, interactions and performance metrics are processed anonymously or pseudonymously.
Purpose and retention
Form data is processed to evaluate your request, contact you and follow the project conversation. Submissions are stored in the administration panel and are available only to authorised Arthings administrators; when configured, a notification email is sent to an authorised studio address. Data is retained for as long as needed to conclude the request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choice
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage resets it. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact address below.
Third parties
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity may be used after consent. Project videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. When email notifications are enabled, the selected SMTP provider or Resend may process data solely to deliver the notification.
