The site may use technical logs needed for essential operation. There is no contact form collecting data on the site; when you write to us, only the details you share by email or phone are processed. Analytics tools activate only after your explicit permission; page views, interactions and performance metrics are processed anonymously or pseudonymously.
Purpose and retention
Details you send by email or phone are processed to evaluate your request and to contact you. Submissions received through the earlier site form remain stored in the administration panel, available only to authorised Arthings administrators. Data is retained for as long as needed to conclude the request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choice
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage resets it. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact address below.
Third parties
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity may be used after consent. Project videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain.
